God In Plenty

What after we die, is there any thing as heaven or hell? Does god Exist. I’ve been always scratching my head when I used to come across these questions. When I was a kid, i used to gaze upon the sky and amaze by the bright stars breaking the abyss of darkness. As I used to constantly search and guess! Which one of those tiny little stars could be the home for the mighty god? I’m no more a kid now, but I still like to come out of the room at night, and apart from the busy streets I often look at the same old sky and the same old tiny little but faded stars, and I wonder. The same question reverberates, not to an extent it use to when I was a kid. It still makes me confuse and compels me to think and find out the truth.

Who is the God, what religion he follows, how many are they. Some great philosopher with high intellect says that ‘there is only one god’. Well! If God is only one then why there is so many religion. Why some religious beliefs are totally different from the others.

People in this technologically advanced society are not separated by continents or by the giant land masses, People here in this world are separated by the ideology termed as Religion. Why a person living in America hates the man who lives in Iraq and Afghanistan even if they haven’t seen them, and why the man in Afghanistan wants to kill every American, do every Afghans know them personally. Is everyman living in the western Asia is responsible for attack on America. Why People’s opinion are based on religious ground.

I watch TV all day and can watch it almost 28 hrs without a break. Once there was a program on Discovery or might be history channel I can’t recall. There are theories that prove god could be an alien and has put many evidence. Well, that might also be true, even they poses the supernatural powers like the gods do. With all those intelligence far beyond time, they almost are like god, but not quite though. I believe God is still different.

What’s the idea behind heaven and hell, I still have to discover and in the long run of my life I might come close to understanding the basic concept of all this.
